Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory in Irvine to support inventory counts at retail locations. You will count and record items using handheld scanners, work with pharmacy professionals, and meet productivity goals to maximize earnings.

No prior inventory experience required, training provided. Starting wages range from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance within the first six months.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
• Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including PPE and confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations to conduct inventories.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
