WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor for the Milwaukee Metro Area. The role includes coaching Inventory Associates, traveling to retail locations, and upholding accuracy and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen if required.
• Valid driver's license or meeting fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory concerns and partner with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
