Job summary

The GIANT Company is looking for team members to bag items at checkout, restock and retrieve carts, and keep front-end areas clean. The role supports store operations and emphasizes safety and customer service.

Qualified applicants are expected to meet basic work authorization, communicate effectively, and adhere to company policies. This position involves physical tasks such as lifting and standing for shifts and is based at our Doylestown, PA location.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including regular attendance.
• Must complete the company introductory period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of shift and prepare required equipment and supplies.
• Collect trash and operate the compactor.
• Perform housekeeping to keep floors and work areas clean.
• Collect and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
