Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate effectively and follow safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with/without accommodation.
• Must learn to use required equipment and tools.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must complete the company introductory period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must wear approved clothes and shoes.
• Must have and maintain required licenses, certificates, or permits.

Responsibilities

• Review shift schedule, verify equipment and supplies, follow PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Collect trash, take trash to compactor, and operate the compactor.
• Perform housekeeping, keep floors and work areas clean, sweep hourly.
• Collect and push carts back to the front-end.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
