Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Specialized Advisor at Dolphin Mall. You will support the management team by driving sales, motivating floor staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards.

The role requires retail experience in a specialized environment, strong interpersonal skills, bilingual ability, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible availability is needed, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and keeping up to date with products.
• Establish strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Uphold and execute the company's customer service initiatives.
• Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness of floor and warehouse.
• Organize the warehouse with labeling, placement, and cleanliness.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
