Qualifications

• One year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales performance and ability to achieve top results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with good time management.
• Proficient with computer use and cash registers.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Builds connections with customers to ensure positive interactions.
• Upholds customer service initiatives across the store.
• Assists with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Supports floor movement, merchandising, and cleanliness of floor and warehouse.
• Organizes the warehouse with labeling and proper placement.
• Leads store opening/closing procedures when management is away.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
