Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Field Trainer to deliver in-store training to Event Specialists and support onboarding of new teammates. You will build positive relationships with store personnel, coach teammates, and help create engaging shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement.
• (Preferred) Prior supervisory experience.
• Able to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday.

Now, about you:

• You're 21 years or older
• Have 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
• (Preferred) Have prior supervisory experience
• Are comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
• Are as self-starter and have the ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Are comfortable engaging with the public, talking with consumers and recommending product sales.
• Have basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
