Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Naperville, IL is seeking a friendly team member to help drive sales by conducting live events and in-store sampling, engaging customers where they shop.

You will support management as needed and contribute to a positive customer experience while promoting our brands and products.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are ?18? years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
