Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Field Trainer to deliver in-store training to Event Specialists and support onboarding for new hires. You will cultivate positive relationships with store personnel and guide associates to improve performance while driving customer engagement at the point of sale.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to coach for improvement from a positive perspective.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
