The position requires a friendly, outgoing trainer who can work independently, manage shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods. Some flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Able to coach for improvement from a positive point of view.
