Job summary

Akhire is seeking a Part-Time Retail/Customer Service Associate in Anchorage, AK to support front-end operations and donated goods handling. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, creating displays, pricing donated items, and ensuring areas are safe and organized while working a part-time schedule that spans mornings to evenings, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screen including marijuana.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customers.
• Operate cash register and POS system, handle transactions accurately, balance cash drawer, and complete daily reports.
• Restock merchandise, create displays, and keep the sales floor organized and appealing.
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods.
• Ensure all areas including restrooms and donation zones are clean and safe.
