ActionLink in Oxford, AL is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer to visit major retail stores within an assigned territory and ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.

The role offers up to 25 hours per week, weekday scheduling, and paid training. Compensation starts at $18 per hour, with potential for higher pay on technical projects and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday; 8:00am–6:00pm; no weekends/evenings.
• Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
