Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part Time Retail Display Installer and Merchandiser for Woodbridge, VA, and the surrounding area. You will visit major retail stores to install, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays, reporting results with photos the same day.

The position offers 10–25 hours per week (up to 40 occasionally), no evenings or weekends, and involves using your own vehicle for store-to-store travel. Training is provided, with potential for higher-rate technical projects.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex display diagrams and written instructions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable working both independently and with a small team.
• Tech-ready with internet access and a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Complete store visits within assigned territory to install and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each store visit.
• May travel to nearby regions for larger projects; hours 10-25 per week, up to 40.
