Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience, assist customers, ring up sales, and help with stock and store upkeep at our Orange, Connecticut location.

You will ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations. This part-time role emphasizes flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped, trash removed.
