Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement through the shift.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
