Dollar Tree Stores in Riverhead, NY is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean store.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and involves lifting up to 50 lbs, with emphasis on excellent customer service and strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
