Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and do frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked, receive shipments, and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and overall neatness.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and teammates.
