Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Gardner, MA. You will help with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer assistance, while cross-training to support cash register duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service in a retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to shoulder height and handle frequent walking, standing, and reaching.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Basic math skills for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and stocking.
• Support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in store areas including bathrooms, floors, and common spaces.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
