Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience at our Fairfield, Illinois store. You will help customers, handle transactions at the register, and keep shelves stocked while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

This is a part-time role with a focus on friendly, professional interactions and efficient operations. Prior retail or service experience is valued and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities
