Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or service industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise, help unload trucks, and replenish stock
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and restrooms
• Perform other duties as assigned
