Family Dollar in Crosby, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and safe.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service in retail or related fields, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, take out trash, and keep areas neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
