Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience at our Berwyn, IL store. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions, stock shelves, and help unload trucks.

This part-time role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to meet daily productivity standards, and to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
