Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Batesville, AR seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, process sales at the register, and help keep the store well-stocked and clean.

We value friendly interactions, safety, and teamwork. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs and varied physical tasks are involved. This is a part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
