Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Magnolia, AR is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers and keep the store running smoothly.

You will assist with questions, process transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers and team members.

This role requires good communication, reliability, and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
