Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Chesterfield, VA to deliver friendly, efficient service to customers while maintaining an inviting store appearance and clean sales floor.

You will greet shoppers, process transactions accurately, stock and rotate merchandise, assist with visual displays, and support daily warehouse tasks; evenings and weekends may be required, and a criminal background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately within cash handling guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays; rotate stock as needed.
• Assist with visual presentation and floor plan to enhance shopping experience.
• Be available for evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
