Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Imboden, AR, delivering friendly, efficient service to every shopper. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash.
