Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience in Ebensburg, PA. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

You will ensure safety and cleanliness, handle merchandise, and support team members while delivering friendly, professional interactions with customers and leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Keep the store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
