Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Calexico, CA to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while following store procedures. Part-time schedule and opportunities to support team goals are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
