Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and physical stamina to lift items and stand for long periods.

Experience in retail or similar environments is preferred, with high school diploma or equivalent. This is an on-site, part-time position at our store location in San Luis, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
