Job summary

Dollar Tree in Elburn, IL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise.

You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow instructions. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. This part-time position offers flexible hours and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs. and handle walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities
