Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer in Mio, Michigan. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions at the register, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform deriving movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenish.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
