Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help with stocking and unloading merchandise.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean store, ensuring safety, and delivering friendly, professional service. This is a part-time, on-site position requiring the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail/guest service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents is required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
