Job summary

Dollar Tree in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the cash register, stock shelves, and help unload trucks, while keeping the store clean and organized.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and prior retail or service experience; strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a part-time position at an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock replenish and merchandise recovery.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
