Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality/food/service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment with friendly interactions.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
