Job summary

Family Dollar in Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store team. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and tidy, while protecting company assets and ensuring a safe, friendly environment.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
