Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Lorain, OH store to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and safe.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly interactions with customers and team members. This is a part-time role supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep the store clean including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
