Job summary

Dollar Tree in Huntsville, AL seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver an excellent shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, and ensure safety and decorum at all times.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and the willingness to work in a team-oriented retail environment. Part-time hours available at our Huntsville location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret docs.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship mgmt skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at a cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
