Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Alabama LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Georgiana store. You will assist customers, handle cash transactions, and help with stocking and receiving merchandise to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
