Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked. The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position is part-time and located at 18815 Highway 231, Fountain, Florida. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
