Family Dollar Stores Of New York LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, keep the store stocked, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store, including bathrooms.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.
