Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Turlock, California is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and safe. The ideal candidate will have prior retail or customer service experience and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and overall neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
