Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a part-time Retail Associate at our Indianapolis location. The role involves cashier duties, donation intake, and various store-floor tasks to support operational goals.

You will rotate through roles such as Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, and eCommerce producer, ensuring quality and efficiency. The position requires physical stamina for long shifts, strong customer service, and the ability to learn multiple duties.

Qualifications

• No degree required; emphasis on capability and willingness to learn
• Customer service mindset with ability to educate customers on Goodwill programs
• Comfort with cash handling, shelving, donation processing, and basic warehouse duties
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and perform moderate physical work

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Assists with donation processing and backroom organization.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Supports eCommerce packaging and shipments as needed.
• Operates pallet jack and conveyor as required.
