Goodwill Legacy Group in Plainfield, IN is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations. You may learn roles from cashier to donation door attendant, textiles or wares producer, eCommerce producer, and more, assisting management to meet daily goals.

You will handle customer service, cash handling, merchandising, donations, and light logistics while upholding Goodwill's standards. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work in a busy retail

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs to educate customers.
• Maintains clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
• Assists with donation processing and sorting as needed.
• Supports eCommerce and specialty product handling.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, priced, and displayed.
• Participates in loading/unloading and floor replenishment as required.
