MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Retail Cashier for our Cape Girardeau store. The role involves greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily operations with a focus on excellent customer service.

The position is Hourly Part-Time with a base rate of $15.50 per hour and a monthly bonus potential of up to $250. Benefits include eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor and answer phone within three rings.
• Operate the store cash register and handle cash/credit transactions and returns.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain store area cleanliness and organization.
• Request manager assistance for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Maintain a clean store environment and professional appearance.
