Qualifications

• Prior sales and customer service experience, especially cash handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate multiple websites and software programs.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments for all store transactions accurately.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare bank deposits.
• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Upsell AAA memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Process passport photos and issue driving permits as required.
• Backup by assisting in Tag and Title and IDEMIA services if applicable.
