Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in a dynamic retail setting. The role offers base pay of $18.82 to $24.07 per hour, plus incentive pay and a strong benefits package. Work week includes Monday–Friday with Saturdays, no Sundays, and up to 3 weeks of PTO in the first year.

Responsibilities include cross-selling memberships, travel planning assistance, and support across cash handling and ID-related services. Notary eligibility is required or obtainable within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum previous sales and customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Geography knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products ( memberships, credit cards, insurance).
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, packages).
• Answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak volumes.
• Provide backup in cashiering, title work, and IDEMIA services where applicable.
