Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Cincinnati to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on product details, and build brand loyalty with every visitor.

You’ll also promote the loyalty program and stay flexible across multiple store zones to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates love interacting with people, bring energy to a fast-paced environment, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE selling model to help find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
