Job summary

The UPS Store in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a part‑time Retail Associate for the AM shift. You will assist customers, process purchases, and help with shipping services while learning products and value options.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer and communication skills, and a professional, friendly demeanor. Weekend availability is required, with shifts around 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and internet proficiency.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Prompt, dependable, and responsible.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
• 15–30 hours per week availability.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries.
• Willingness to complete Notary certification and provide notary services.
• Practice active listening with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Own the customer's shipping needs and offer viable solutions.
• Learn all product and service offerings and industry trends.
• Operate equipment, software, and devices and teach others.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
