The UPS Store #0442 is seeking a Part-Time Center Associate with Notary Public credentials to deliver exceptional customer service and handle shipping needs for our retail customers. The role requires strong computer skills, good communication, and a professional appearance.

You will operate printing and office equipment and assist customers with a variety of services. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 20–30 hours per week availability, and a willingness to learn all offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Outstanding phone skills and clear communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including spelling and math.
• Prompt, reliable and responsible.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
• Willing and able to work 20 to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in and phone inquiries.
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.
• Operates equipment and devices and is willing to teach others.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Performs Notary Public transactions for customers requesting service.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
