Job summary

The UPS Store in Hutto, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for the morning shift (AM). You will assist customers, process shipments, operate copiers and POS devices, and learn our range of services to advise customers effectively.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong computer and communication skills, a friendly, professional appearance, and the willingness to grow into full-time roles and leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Willingness to complete Notary certification and provide notary services to customers.

• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
